Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pkg. mushroom Stove Top dressing
    2 c. cubed zucchini, cooked and drained
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine melted margarine with stuffing and put in an 8 x 10-inch baking dish, reserving 1 cup for topping.
    Mix together zucchini, carrots, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Pour over stuffing.
    Top with reserved stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for at least 30 minutes.
