Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all with rotary beater.
    Pan-heat about 1 inch of oil to about 350\u00b0.
    Put 1/2 cup batter in funnel; drop into hot oil in 'squiggly' shape.
    After about 1 minute, turn and cook 1 more minute.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar or powdered sugar.
