Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    8 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add green chilies, Monterey and Cheddar cheeses, evaporated milk, flour and salt. Stir.
    Pour into a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch glass casserole dish. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
