Sage-Marinated Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    4 center cut pork chops (about 1/2 inch thick)
Preparation
    In a self-sealing plastic food storage bag, combine oil, sherry, sage and pepper.
    Add the pork chops; push out all air and seal tightly.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
