Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

10 Eggs
4 Cups Jack Cheese Shredded
1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
32 oz. Cottage Cheese
16 oz. Ortega Chilies Diced
1 Can Red Chili Sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, pour red chili sauce on top and bake in 9x13 pan at 350 for 45 minutes.
