Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    green tomatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
    flour
    oil
Preparation
    Slice green tomatoes.
    Heat oil in a frying pan.
    Pour milk in a bowl.
    Mix salt and pepper with flour.
    Dip slices of tomatoes in milk, then dredge in flour.
    Fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
