Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 cherries
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. cm sugar
    1 large paraffin wax
    1 large bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Drain cherries well on paper towels.
    Combine butter, corn syrup, salt and cm sugar.
    Knead until smooth.
    Chill; shape small pieces on cherries, marble size.
    Place on wax paper and chill. Dip into chocolate.
    Store in a cold dry place for 1 to 2 weeks. Delicious for Christmas.
