Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 carrot, grated
    6 squash, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small container sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick butter
    1 large bag Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
Preparation
    Cook carrots, squash and onion together until tender.
    Drain water.
    Pour into a large mixing bowl.
    Add sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 the Cheddar cheese.
    Mix well.
    Melt butter in a baking dish.
    Pour 1/2 the Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing in bottom of dish.
    Mix until moistened.
    Pour squash mixture on top of dressing crumbs.
    Sprinkle rest of dressing crumbs on next. Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
