Deluxe Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) head cabbage, finely chopped
    1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, green pepper and onion in bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil.
    Pour hot dressing over cabbage mixture.
    Let stand for several hours or overnight to blend flavors.
    This will keep for at least 1 week in refrigerator.
