Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 white or yellow cake
1 can cream of coconut
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 oz. coconut
Preparation

Bake cake in a 9 x 13 pan.
Poke holes in the cake while it is hot and pour over the cake the cream of coconut, milk and pineapple.
Cool cake and spread with Cool Whip and coconut. Refrigerate cake.
