Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets or steaks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. dry breadcrumbs
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Cut fish into serving pieces.
    Stir salt into milk.
    Dip fish in milk, then in breadcrumbs.
    Place in a greased baking pan.
    Pour melted margarine over fish.
    Place in oven 3/4 of the way in oven.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes.
