Sweet Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
Place in a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
