Chicken Salad With A Twist - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. uncooked corkscrew macaroni
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    3 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
    lettuce
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and cool. Combine next 7 ingredients and beat until creamy. Add to macaroni, stirring well. Stir in chicken, celery, eggs, onions and olives. Chill several hours. Serve on lettuce leaf. Yields 8 generous servings.
