Special Egg Dish(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

1 oz. boiled ham strips
1 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
dash of pepper
Preparation

Spray small baking dish with nonstick spray.
Break egg into dish.
Top with ham, cheese and pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 1 serving.
One serving equals 250 calories or 3 medium fat meat and 1/2 fat exchanges.
