Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted plain flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 egg, well beaten
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Blend shortening into flour and salt until granular.
    Add water, egg and vinegar.
    Blend.
    Dough is very stiff.
    May store in refrigerator for later use.
    Makes a flaky crust.
    It really never fails.
    You will think you are a great southern cook.
