Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 stick butter
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large can peaches
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Melt
butter
or margarine in 8-inch square pan or dish. Make batter
of
sugar,
flour,
baking powder, salt and milk. Pour batter over butter.
Add peaches and juice.
Do not stir. Bake at 350\u00b0 until dough is brown and fruit is cooked thoroughly, about 50 to 60 minutes.
(Yellow food coloring for a richer looking batter may be used.)
