Shirl'S Graham Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 graham crackers
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    2 lemons
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Crush crackers and mix with butter in a 9-inch pie plate.
    Pat bottom and sides to form a crust.
    In a medium bowl, combine milk, juice and grated rind of the lemons. Beat egg yolks and stir into the milk mixture.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
    Pour into the shell and bake 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Serves 6 to 8.
