Beetnick Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 3/4 c. salad oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/8 c. beets and juice, liquefied in blender
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add blended beets.
    Mix at medium speed.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
