Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. or 4 to 5 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
    2 dashes nutmeg
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of Tabasco
    buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to directions.
    Drain.
    Blend well with remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs.
    Pour into buttered shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
