Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. zucchini, chopped
6 oz. macaroni
1/2 c. ham, chopped
1/2 c. yogurt
1 egg
1/2 c. Emmenthaler cheese, grated (can substitute any grated cheese)
Preparation

Saute onions. Add zucchini; saute. Cook macaroni in salted water. Mix with zucchini, onions and ham. Put in ovenproof dish. Mix yogurt and egg; spread over noodles. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
