Wilted Spinach Penne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. penne, cooked
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 large cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    1 lb. spinach or Swiss chard *
    1 jar roasted peppers or pimentos, cut into strips
Preparation
    *If using frozen, use at least one 10-ounce box; defrost and squeeze out well.
