Chocolate And Oat Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. unsifted flour
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, mix flour, oats, sugar and margarine.
    Reserving 1/2 cup oat mixture, press remainder into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust.
    Top with walnuts, chips and reserved oat mixture.
    Press down firmly.
    Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
