Pie Crust(Two To Three Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. lard or Crisco
    1/3 c. ice water
    sprinkle of salt
Preparation
    Add salt to flour and cut in lard or Crisco with pastry cutter or two knives until like small peas.
    Sprinkle water on and stir with fork gently until ball forms.
    Divide and turn out on lightly floured board.
    Roll out.
    If crust is to be baked before filling, prick generously with fork and bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 9 to 12 minutes.
