Quick Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package (5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
    1-1/2 cups cold milk
    1- 8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed, divided
    3/4 to 1 cup flaked coconut, toasted, divided
    1 pastry shell, baked or 9-inch graham cracker crust
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat pudding and milk on low speed for 2 minutes.
    Fold in half of the cool whip and 1/2 to 3/4 cup coconut. Pour into crust.
    Spread with remaining cool whip; sprinkle with remaining coconut.
    Chill.
    Yield:
    6-8 servings.
