Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed potatoes
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. water
2 tsp. salt
1 c. whipping cream or canned milk
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 Tbsp. dry parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Cook first 5 ingredients about 20 minutes or until tender. Mash some of the potatoes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until thoroughly heated.
Be sure and keep stirred to protect from scorching.
Remove from heat.
