Curried Turkey And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, chopped (1/4 c.)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. turkey broth or chicken broth (can be canned)
    1 c. light cream or whole milk
    1 tsp. tomato paste or ketchup
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and partially cooked
    12 pieces, cooked turkey (1 lb.)
    1/4 c. sliced unblanched almonds
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium saucepan.
    Saute onion just until soft. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and curry powder.
    Heat for 1 minute. Stir in
    broth and cream.
    Cook, stirring constantly,
    for 5 minutes.
    Add
    tomato
    paste
    and
    cook
    3
    minutes longer.
    Pour half of sauce into
    a
    13
    x 9-inch baking dish. Arrange
    broccoli along
    sides.
    Overlap
    turkey
    slices
    down through middle.
    Pour remaining
    sauce over turkey.
    Sprinkle with almonds.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
