Mac & Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag elbow macaroni
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 egg
    16 oz. velveeta cheese
    8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil and drain macaroni, add sour cream, egg and velveeta cheese.
    Put in baking dish and layer cheese on top.
    Bake @
    325 degrees until cheese is melted.
