Blackened Seasoning For Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
    3/4 tsp. white pepper
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
    1/2 lb. melted butter
Preparation
    Coat meat (steak, chicken, fish, etc.) with butter.
    Roll in seasoning mix.
    Fry meat in very hot iron skillet.
