Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, finely minced
    2 cans chopped olives
    2 eggs
    dash of onion and garlic salt
    cracker meal
Preparation
    Cook and mash potatoes.
    Add onion, olives, 1 egg and seasonings.
    Let mixture cool.
    Form balls into about a half dollar size.
    Dip balls into remaining egg that has been beaten, and roll in cracker meal.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    When ready to serve, fry in 3/4-inch of very hot oil.
    Serve hot with tartar sauce.
