Veggie Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. sour cream
    2 1/4 c. mayo
    3 tsp. Beau Monde
    6 tsp. dill weed
    3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    3 Tbsp. onion
Preparation
    Precook fresh beets.
    Remove skins by putting in cold water. Slice and put in jars.
