Egg Salad Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 hard-boiled eggs, mashed or chopped fine
1 c. stuffed olives
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Chop ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spread on open-faced sandwich.
Use rye bread, French or strips of bread. Makes about 3 1/2 cups of spread.
An extra egg can be added for volume.
