Strawberry Bavarian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pt. strawberry ice cream
    3 pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in sour cream with wire whisk.
    Add ice cream in 1-inch cubes and stir until melted. Add strawberries and lemon juice, stirring until blended.
    Pour mixture into 12 (6 ounce) parfait glasses and chill.
    Just before serving, combine whipping cream and powdered sugar; beat at medium speed.
    Top each parfait glass and garnish with mint.
