Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
4 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
16 oz. pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 large eggs
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir together butter, graham crackers and pecans.
Press over bottom of buttered 9 x 3-inch spring-form pan and refrigerate.
