Wassail - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 gal. apple cider
1 orange, peeled and sliced
4 cinnamon sticks
2 tsp. grated orange zest
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Over low heat, bring to a simmer.
