Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box orange Jell-O
1 box lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. mayonnaise
1 small carton Cool Whip
2 cans mandarin orange slices
sharp cheese
Preparation

Mix Jell-O with hot water, set aside to cool.
In casserole dish, pour in Jell-O, then add pineapple.
Mix mayonnaise and Cool Whip; set aside.
Put mandarin oranges over Jell-O mixture, then add the mayonnaise and Cool Whip mixture.
Refrigerate overnight or all day.
Grate the cheese over top before serving.
