Creamed Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut off bones
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    rice (optional)
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done, remove from bones and cut in bite-size pieces.
    Put in saucepan and add soup (dilute if the chicken is large).
    Heat through.
    Serve over rice or plain if rice is not liked.
    Makes 5 to 6 good servings with an average size chicken.
