Marinated Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large steaks
    1/3 c. Taylor dry sherry
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. ginger powder
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
Preparation
    Marinate steaks with remaining ingredients in an airtight container or plastic bag for 24 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and grill steak to desired doneness.
