Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sesame paste (tahini)
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. water
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 (20 oz.) can garbanzo beans chickpeas, drained
1 bunch watercress
1/2 red onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 white onion
Preparation

Process first 7 ingredients.
Add beans and blend until pureed and mix smooth.
