Cheese Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. pimento cheese
    1/2 lb. New York sharp cheese
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    1 1/2 to 2 c. pecans
    1 medium onion
    3 small red peppers (dried)
    3 garlic cloves
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
    Grind the remaining ingredients, except lemon juice.
    Combine all and make into rolls, small or large.
    Roll in paprika on wax paper.
