Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. peeled, sliced tart baking apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell; dot with butter.
    Add top pastry crust.
    Press edges together.
    Cut small slits for steam to escape. Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
