Yellow Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients.
Mix in another bowl the milk, egg and oil.
Add milk mixture to cornmeal mixture.
Mix well.
Pour into greased baking pan until half full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yields 6 servings.
