Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 to 1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
-
Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; stir in water.
Boil for 1 minute; stir constantly.
Add fruit; pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish or 9-inch pie pan.
Top with the oil and cinnamon.
