Thick Roquefort Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. Roquefort cheese
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; blend with beater or blender.
    Put in covered jar and refrigerate.
    Chill and use within a day or two. Makes 1 pint.
