Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 eggs or substitute, slightly beaten
Preparation

Bring broth to boil.
Add soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame oil.
Lower heat; simmer for 5 minutes.
Drizzle egg into soup in a steady stream.
Wait a few moments for the egg to set before stirring.
Stir and serve.
Serves 4.
