Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil, vanilla, vinegar and water. Beat until smooth.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch cake pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
