Chocolate Pixies(Club Member: Lee Ann Mcraney) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Land O Lakes butter
4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
powdered sugar
Preparation

In small saucepan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate; stir to blend. Cool. In large bowl, beat chocolate mixture, 1 cup of the flour, sugar, eggs, baking powder and salt until well mixed. Stir in remaining 1 cup flour and the nuts. Cover; refrigerate until firm, 2 hours or overnight. Shape teaspoons of dough into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake in 300\u00b0 oven 12 to 15 minutes or until firm to the touch. Cool on wire racks.
