Pickling Peach Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 bushel peaches
5 lb. sugar
5 sticks cloves

Preparation

Peel peaches and place in large container.
Let stand 12 hours.
Pour juice into a container and let come to slow boil. Place peaches in juice and cook until tender.
Place in hot, sterilized jars and seal.
