Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. margarine
1 tsp. salt
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
Roll in small balls and press with fork or cut in strips or use cookie press.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until slightly brown, about 15 minutes.
Yields 100.
Freezes well.
