On The Double Dinner Rolls(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. lite salt (optional)
    2 Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.
    Add sugar, salt, Butter Buds and one cup of flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Stir in the rest of the flour and continue stirring until smooth.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until it doubles in size (about 30 to 40 minutes).
    Spoon batter into 24 muffin cups sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray.
    Fill each cup about 1/2 full.
    Let rise until dough reaches the top of muffin tins (20 to 30 minutes).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 24 rolls.
