Fluffy Pumpkin Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. orange juice
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, eggs, orange juice, sugar and milk. Beat well. Add salt and margarine. Mix well. Add baking powder. Pour into deep greased baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until firm all the way to the center. Serve as a vegetable with chicken, turkey or pork.
